Fraud Monitoring

Our real-time fraud prevention service monitors and analyzes transactions and assigns a rating to the transaction. Certain transactions detected on your Clark County Credit Union debit or credit card will trigger a call requiring you to verify the transaction. In some cases, the transaction may be declined at the point of purchase if the fraud rating is high.

If fraudulent activity is detected, you will be contacted using the primary telephone number we have on file. If there is no answer, a fraud monitoring representative will leave you a message requesting a call back to verify the suspected transaction. If you miss the phone call, you can contact the call center at 866-238-5312, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you have been contacted by a fraud monitoring representative and do not wish to provide confirmation of your transactions with them, you may contact a CCCU Service Representative at 702-228-2228.
