Step 1

Verify Your Info

Is your contact information correct? Please verify that CCCU has your current email, cell phone or landline number on file. Without this information, we cannot verify your identity to allow access to your accounts.

Step 2

Get the App

For mobile banking, be sure to have the most recent versions of the Clark County Credit Union app for either Apple or Android phones. Enable automatic updates for a more seamless experience.

Step 3

Register Your Devices

Once enrolled, if you’d like to have account access on multiple devices, you will need to register each one (computer, phone, or tablet). Using your username and password you will use multi-factor authentication to register each of your devices. A unique code will be sent to you via the method you select – text or phone call. You will only need to do this once per device. The code will expire in 15 minutes. If you are locked out of your account and need to reset, contact our Service Department at 702-228-2228.

Step 4

Bill Pay

Easily set up your bills with Bill Pay by having a current billing statement available. You can choose from re-occurring payments or one-time options.

Step 5

Personal Financial Management (PFM)

Track your spending and see a suggested budget with this personal financial management tool. You may also link outside accounts to get the full picture of your financial profile.

Prefer to conduct your financial inquiries by voice? We have you covered with our telephone teller service. Call from any phone, anywhere in the world and check balances, transfer funds or make loan payments between your accounts.
