Financial Operations Specialist
The Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH), share draft processing, ATM and Mobile deposits, and IRA and deceased account maintenance. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed.
Financial Operations Supervisor
The Financial Operations Supervisor plans, organizes, and ensures operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision over the Operations staff; collaborates with the Vice President of Operations in the overall administration of the department. The Financial Operations Supervisor will maintain an overall knowledge of the operating functions of the organization, which includes knowledge of policies, procedures and industry changes impacting the organization at the state and agency levels. The Financial Operations Supervisor will serve as an escalation point for operational issues that arise and will assume responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
Member Service Representative (MSR) - Floater
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill our full time Member Service Representative (MSR) position. Our MSRs have a high degree of interaction with our membership. Often serving as the "face" of the credit union building relationships, responding to inquiries, making product suggestions, processing members request while providing superior service.
A great opportunity for someone just entering the marketing field, the Specialist is responsible for providing the day-to-day support for marketing functions of the credit union. They will assist in all marketing programs, advertising campaigns, promotions, delivery systems and community service activities including compliance with credit union policies as well as external rules and regulations. This person should like to learn, stay on top of trends, look for opportunities in our community and in the media, and build relationships with internal teams.
Member Service Representative (MSR) - Part Time / Tenaya Branch
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill our part-time Member Service Representative position. Our MSRs have a high degree of interaction with our membership. Often serving as the "face" of the credit union, building relationships, responding to inquiries, making product suggestions, processing member requests while providing superior service. We are looking for flexibility in working under 25 hours per week as needed.
This position participates in maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio through the early delinquency control. Methods to accomplish this include (but are not limited to): phone calls and collection letters. Recommends further action on accounts as deemed necessary (including but not limited to): repossession, legal action. foreclosure and referral to collection agency.
