Consumer Loan Manager
Under the direction of the Vice President of Consumer Lending, the Consumer Loan Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the Loan Operations, Mortgage Servicing, Underwriting, and HELOC Processing aspects of the Consumer Lending Department. The Consumer Loan Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the company's consumer loan functions to help the credit union meet its organizational objectives.
Loan Processing Specialist
Under the direction of the Consumer Loan Manager, the Loan Processing Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties related to all consumer loan processing functions. They will ensure all loan funding documentation is processed correctly, completely, and in a timely manner. Duties include but are not limited to data entry, filing, document preparation, funding loans, auditing, and quality assurance. The Loan Processing Specialist will provide prompt, efficient, and accurate support to co-workers from the application stage through the funding process.
Financial Operations Specialist
The Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH), share draft processing, ATM and Mobile deposits, and IRA and deceased account maintenance. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed.
Members Auto Detailer
Under the direction of the AVP Members Auto Manager, this position is responsible for providing support to the MABS Sales team and the AVP MABS Manager, with primary focus on preparing vehicle inventory for resale. Provides friendly and professional assistance to the MABS Sales team assuring a positive experience and minimizing wait time.

We are looking for a dynamic individual that will be responsible for efficiently responding to and assisting members with all types of member interactions in a timely and professional manner. Hours are full-time with possible split days off to possibly include Saturdays.
