The Programmer Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining high quality reports and applications for business units across the organization. This may be achieved using 3rd party applications and/or creating new applications in house. Duties include extracting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources. Collaborates with business units to ensure that applications and reports are created and maintained to fulfill business requirements.
Financial Operations Processing Clerk
The Financial Operations Processing Clerk reports to and assists the VP of Operations and the Financial Operation Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly and year end functions of the Financial Operations Department. This individual is responsible for processing and balancing member mailed in deposit transactions, ensuring transactions are posted correctly and in accordance with the policy and procedures associated with the job function. This includes, but not limited to ATM Processing, Remote Deposit Capture Review, Mail Posting, Returned Mail and any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Financial Operations Specialist
The Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH), IRAs, ATM/Mobile review and adjustments, share draft processing, and mailed in deposits/payments. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed.
