Financial Operations Specialist
The Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH), share draft processing, ATM and Mobile deposits, and IRA and deceased account maintenance. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed.
Financial Operations Supervisor
The Financial Operations Supervisor plans, organizes, and ensures operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision over the Operations staff; collaborates with the Vice President of Operations in the overall administration of the department. The Financial Operations Supervisor will maintain an overall knowledge of the operating functions of the organization, which includes knowledge of policies, procedures and industry changes impacting the organization at the state and agency levels. The Financial Operations Supervisor will serve as an escalation point for operational issues that arise and will assume responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
Call Center Member Service Representative
We are looking for a dynamic individual that will be responsible for efficiently responding to and assisting members with all types of member interactions in a timely and professional manner. Hours are full-time with possible split days off to include Saturdays.
