Member Service Representative

Clark County Credit Union is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our Full Time Member Service Representative (MSR) position. A MSR has a high degree of interaction with our membership. Often serving as the "face" of the credit union building relationship. Often serving to inquiries, making product suggestions, processing members request while providing superior service. Call Center Member Service Representative

Clark County Credit Union is looking for a dynamic individual to handle member service phone calls, email inquiries and web chats from members on a daily basis. Hours are full-time with split days off to include Saturdays.

Chief Marketing Officer

Clark County Credit Union is currently in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing and business development activities of the credit union. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to build a robust marketing strategy, evaluating the department’s personnel needs & current structure, managing the delivery of marketing services to the credit union through vendor relationships, and placing the credit union at the forefront in social media. This individual will support the credit union in achieving strategic initiatives, and ensure the organization’s positive image is reflected in the community. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and ten years of experience in driving marketing activities. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH) and share draft processing. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed.
