Sending funds from CCCU to another institution:
Please note the following information regarding wiring funds from your CCCU account:
-
For same day processing, wires must be received by CCCU by 12:30 p.m. Pacific time.
-
If you are wiring funds to your own account, or to a title company for your benefit, the request can be done over the phone or in the branch. Requests made by phone are subject to callback verification. However, if the amount is more than $1,000.00 we also require:
- A written request with the wiring instructions and your signature.
- The signature must be notarized to initiate the wire.
-
For wire requests to benefit another entity, the request must be made in person at a CCCU branch.
-
If you have changed your address or phone number on your CCCU account within the last 14 days, we require you to come in to a branch to request the wire. (This is for your protection - oftentimes fraudsters will change the contact information on an account, then wire the funds out to their own account.)
-
Fees for wires vary by membership level. View our fees here.
Domestic Wires:
We will need the following information to process the wire request. You should contact the receiving institution to confirm the correct information to avoid delays in the transmittal of funds.
-
Your physical address - sorry, no P.O. Boxes
-
The name and routing number of the receiving institution
-
The account number that will receive the funds
-
The name and address on the account that will receive final credit (P.O. Box is accepted)
-
Amount of wire
