eStatements Offer Many Benefits!

When you enroll to get your statement electronically each month:

• Faster delivery - eStatements are available to view online 3-4 days before mailed statements arrive (usually the first business day of the month).
• More secure - No worries about theft of your information from the mailbox.
• Access past statements anytime - Statements are archived so you can easily view and print past statements anytime with no fee. View statements as far back as 1997!
• Saves paper and money - Less paper means fewer trees needed, and fewer expenses for your cooperative financial institution.

Plus, you can view your statement two different ways:
Dynamic:   Easy on-screen view with links to cleared check images. Plus, you can print the detail for a single suffix under your account without printing the whole statement.

PDF:   Typical printed statement view that allows you to print your statement anytime. Plus, you can save it directly to your computer for access without logging in to Home Banking.
 

How to Enroll for Free eStatements:

1. Log in to CCCU Home Banking at www.ccculv.org. To log in you will need your account number and your Home Banking password. 
        If you have never logged in to Home Banking, your password is a four or six-digit number you selected when your account was opened. On your first login, you will set-up your account, including selecting a permanent password, providing your email address, and respond to several registration preferences.
        Existing Users: If you have NOT logged in to CU@Home online banking in the past 90 days or have trouble logging in, you may need to have your password reset. Please call us at (702) 228-2228, option 6.
2. Click on the "OnLine Services" tab along the top of the screen and the eStatements portal will appear. Click the "Enter" button on this screen to proceed.
3. Review the Consent and Authorization form that explains our agreement for electronic notices. Verify your email address is correct to ensure you receive an email each month that your statement is ready, and click the "Accept" button.
4. Enjoy access to your eStatement! You'll begin receiving a monthly email when your statement is ready. In addition to viewing your eStatements, you can also view check images you've written and have cleared your account.

NOTE: If our monthly email to your email address on file is returned to us, we are required to return your account to paper statements. Please make sure to add estatement@ccculv.comto your safe senders list.
